KAWAKI MEASURING INSTRUMENT Co., LTD has manufactured
parts of shield machine of major heavy industry manufacturers,
hydraulic pressure-related parts of major machine manufacturers,
and parts for protecting voltage inverters of major heavy electric
manufacturers in addition to flow rate measurement gauge
(flow meter, flow switch, flow sight etc.) since the initiation
in April 1948. We are developing and manufacturing various types
of flow meters to meet a very wide range of market requests.

Notice Regarding Absorption-Type Merger
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and patronage.
We hereby announce that KAWAKI MEASURING INSTRUMENT Co., LTD will be merged into its 100% parent company, Yoshitake Inc., with Yoshitake Inc. as the surviving company and KAWAKI MEASURING INSTRUMENT Co., LTD as the absorbed company.
This merger is being carried out as part of a business restructuring within the Yoshitake Group, with the aim of streamlining and improving operational efficiency and enhancing profitability.
The effective date of the merger is scheduled for April 1, 2027.

KAWAKI MEASURING INSTRUMENT Co., LTD will cease to exist as of the effective date of the merger, and all of its rights and obligations will be succeeded by Yoshitake Inc. The business activities that have been conducted by KAWAKI MEASURING INSTRUMENT Co., LTD to date will continue under Yoshitake Inc.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the support and goodwill extended to KAWAKI MEASURING INSTRUMENT Co., LTD over the years.
